Functional description

The MyTower GTM Analytics business intelligence platform was included in the overall solution to support the need for generic and customer specific reporting on key performance indicators. The platform is built on top of Microsoft Power BI, but can be also used to feed data into other Business Intelligence systems.

With each of the functional MyTower modules we provide an optional standard adapter, which allows to feed data into MyTower GTM Analytics. This data is stored in an easily accessible data structure which allows the end user to correlate this data with other data sources and define Key Performance indicators.

MyTower GTM Analytics comes with a number of pre-defined KPIs for each functional area covered by the different modules.

These performance indicators allow to optimize the process efficiency, measure and reduce customs duties paid and measure and improve the overall levels of compliance.
